چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this research to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and the spillover phenomenon of work - family and family - work among the personnel of Naeinʹs plants and small industry. The spillover of work to family and family to work refers to the effect of factors relative to work environment on family and vice versa. The descriptive research method is the correlation type in this research* among 1568 people, 310 people were selected as sample by using of multistage cluster sampling procedure. In this research, the applied tools were three questionnaires: the work- family and family- work spillover questionnaire (Marks & Grezeuaks, 2000), emotional intelligence questionnaire (Bar & owen, 1997) and demographics questionnaire which was about age, education and monthly earning amount. The analysis results demonstrated that there is a meaningful and negative relationship between emotional intelligence and negative spillover phenomenon of work - family and family - work (p
