چكيده لاتين :
Fitting is the process that every section, as a whole, combines together to get jointly-goal. In doing so, a set of structural and behavioral mechanism is used to relate the sections of the organizations together• and also facilitate achieving the goals of the organization. The paper intends to explicate the fit relationship between parenting strategy and subjective and objective structures in order to improve organizational performance. Based on the Strategic Reference Points theory, some points are illustrated to fit comprehensively. All organizations can select the appropriate strategy regarding their existing situation in comparison to the Strategic Reference Point. The article has applied the Strategic Reference Point to fix and display the placement of parenting strategy and subjective and objective structures to establish co-ordination.
