چكيده لاتين :
The Internet and the World Wide Web have had a transformational impact on all functions of corporations. E-business is an overcharging term that describes how an organization uses the Internet/Web to transform organizational performance. Examples of e-business initiatives include Intranets, self-paced e-learning programs for employees, online payroll services, and knowledge management systems. Whereas entreprenural organizations face shortage of resources to gain organizational goals, special attention in this regased is usually paid in organizational studies. As a result of the emergence of e-business and cyber entreprenurship through the world, reconstructing Iranian organization and studying environmental challenges around them are of focal paints This paper reviews the effect of information technologies on entrepreneurial organizations and the necessity of the application of e-business in these organizations. We also study the challenges and the problems of cyber enterepreneurship related to Iranian organizations. Finally, after recognition of the problems, a business model based on e-business to be adapted in Iranian entrepreneurial-organizations is presented.
