    We are living in an era in which everything is constantly changing and the only thing that does not change is change itself With the internet revolution in late Y*th century and development of information technology applications in the V 1st century, organizations are facing even more challenges to cope with the fast pace and ever changing environment. Among these changes is a trans formation in organizational structure from bureaucratic to post -bureaucratic, with principles of more flexibility and less hierarchical control. This paper tries to study the post-bureaucratic organizations as a required organizational from in twenty-first century. To achieve this purpose, the post-bureaucratic organizations critical success factors (CSFs) have been identified through reviewing of research literature and classified in the frame of Tri-radiate Model in three co structural, content and context factors.
