To explore the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction a sample of 292 staff members at one of the school districts in Tehran was randomly selected and their views on the two topics were obtained using questionnaires. The analysis of the collected data show that there is a significant relation between the two constructs in almost all areas of job satisfaction. Salary satisfaction had no relationship with organizational justice. Among the subcomponents of the Organizational Justice, interactional justice was the best predictor of job satisfaction as it explains 33% of its variance. This type of justice explains 39% of the variance in satisfaction with the manager and 15% of the variance in satisfaction with the nature of the work, while procedural justice explains only 13% of the variance in satisfaction with colleagues.
