The consideration of effective factors on police organizations corruption

Police corruption is a serious and permanent concern in most communities. Police as the most sensible and to powerful state representative has agreed to provide the nation with peace, order and protection of their lives and act fairly according to law. Despite these expectations, the prevalence of this phenomenon among police personnel is led to degrade their status and public distrust to police. In this paper we have tried to recoginze affecting factors on police tendency to corruption, as well as description of corruption and its kinds. Also at the end will it provid practical suggestions and ways to create suitable field for preventing corruption in the police organization.
