Police manager and leader in the role of supervision and evaluation

Supervision and inspection in the organizations are the tools enabling managers and leaders to avoid perverting from the organization aimsʹ accomplishments by checking the process of actʹs development and trying to modify it; in other words, they confirm the actsʹ orientation to reach the predetermined goals. This paper focuses on the intelligence in the managerial acts of police including life experiments, proper judgment, caution and logical thinking and decision as well as smart personal management in finding the efficient ways to solve the problems facing the police management. By the way, the managerʹs responsibility as a supervisor is a multi-dimensional duty; hence, he should be a smart witness, just and precise reporter and patient leader to gain firm documents as well as preparing effective reports in the final analysis; thus he should always pay attention to considered issues to avoid perversion.
