Effective Supervision, Assessment and Control: The Impetus for Development and Modification of Executive Organsʹ Affairs

This article aims to express limit of negative attitudes and subjectivities regarding objectives and missions of the supervisory organs, dealing with the necessity for a change in viewpoints. In this respect, it is recommended that the inspection organs should be employed for developing executive organs and maintaining such development as well as modifying the affairs in such organs. Assessment and control help managers supervise effectiveness, planning, organizing, and leading of activities. The main part of the process of control and assessment is that corrective measures should be taken wherever deemed necessary. Results suggest that the existence of supervisory organs contributes to overcoming limitations and depravities faced by the executive organs. Moreover, through assessing the results of performance and activity of the executive organs, one can compare their real performance with the desirable one, specify gaps, and present solutions required, which in turn contribute to the development and promotion of performance.
