The analysis and criticisms of the direct supervision approach and solutions for its optimization

Direct supervision like team supervision, staff supervision, personal supervision of managers and leaders or their representatives are usually of the most significant issues in police and military organizations. Hence, recognizing the nature of this approach and its analysis and criticism seem necessary,In this paper, we have tried to consider this approach as well as its types, philosophy, application conditions and usages. Then we will j analyze advantages of this approach besides criticisms of management experts in this field. Finally, some solutions will be presented for its optimization.
