چكيده لاتين :
This is an experimental study which deals with investigating inter-organizational factors which lead to promotion in organization moral sense of employees in Bonyad Shahid ( Martyr organization) in Iran. The research questions were raised through implication of sociological, psychological and management theories related to topic of study particularly personality theories of Parsonez, Herzberg waiting and health-motivation theories, and Linkertʹs equity and management styles theories. The participants of the study were 1988 employees of Bonyad Shahid organization. They were selected through cluster sampling (p=.02, interval confidence= .95). The data were gathered through a questionnaire. Factor analysis and Cronbach alpha tests were run to estimate constmct validity and reliability, respectively. The results of the study indicated that there is a significant correlation between the employeesʹ moral sense and their job motivation, job satisfaction, their perception of organization justice, their organizational participation, the managersʹ management style, burn out, their attitudes to job, marital status, age, gender, and their social-economic status. The results of regression analysis also indicate that job motivation and satisfaction, their perception of justice, organization participation, their attitude to job predict the dependent variable. 79% of moral sense variation is determined by these variables. Attitude and interaction in job circumstance had the greatest impact on moral sense. (61 and 13 percent, respectively). Moreover, path analysis indicates that the employeesʹ attitudes to job(61%), interaction in job circumstances(40%), and Labor Alienation (-33%) had the highest impacts on the employeesʹ moral sense in Bonyad Shahid organization.
