Explanation of Structural Equation Model of Factors Affecting on Personal Characters of Individual Entrepreneurship

The study aims to investigate and recognise the variables and to explain the Structural Equation Model of effective factors on Personal Characters of Individual Entrepreneurship in Mazandaran Province. In this regard the literature of entrepreneurship in general and personal characters of individual entrepreneurship in particular was reviewed. The statistical population and sample were 1511 and 291 elements, data collection instruments were documents, interviews and specially questionnaires with reliability of 0.98 as nonexprimental survey research. The statistical tests were correlation and direct and indirect relationships among variables, and also interactional regression in the format of path analysis using SPSS and Lisrel softwares. The results of the research state that, generality of model is confirmed, and each of the seven variables related to individual characters of entrepreneurship affected on entrepreneurship process both directly, indirectly and also interactionally. Based on direct relationship coefficients of Structural Equation Model, success seeking variable has greater effect on personal characters of individual entrepreneurship than the others, and from this view, variables of independence, internal control center, motivation, commitment and risk acceptance are next in rating, respectively. Finally, more discussion, concluding, implications for managers, and directions for further work is submitted.
