Negotiation an Infrastructure & Proper Implant in the Organizational Concurrence

Negotiation is an infrastructural element in each kind of industrial, business, in house or international contract. According to Arilda, "cross-obligation is an official target in every negotiation, and while a negotiator signs a contract, it means that he or she makes commitment to do particular set of duties". Authors believe that conceptual-practical pattern in this article stand on scientific concept and investigations. More over, in order to achieve more validity in this pattern, opinions from scholars in universities have been gathered and experiences of a number of managers and experts in organizational negotiation have also been documented. Therefore ,the pattern presented will help the managers in governmental departments to act as a negotiator by applying it.
