The Hidden Risks & Benefits of IT Outsourcing (Case Study)

Nowadays, companies use IT outsourcing as a major cost reduction strategy. So, it is important to assess potential risks and benefits of IT outsourcing decision precisely. In this paper, the support and provision of hardware systems outsourcing decision in Bank of Industry ana Mine has been assessed. First of all, through experience and expert surveys a model has been developed. The proposed model evaluates outsourcing decision from three aspects which are feasibility, quality and cost appropriateness. Hardware outsourcing decision by all aspects has been recommended.
