Detecting Methods for Applying Research Findings of Education to Khoozestan Province

It is intended in this piece of research to detect methods for applying research findings of education to Khuzestan province. For this purpose a sample of 200 people was selected randomly in a multi-stage sampling, including employees having MA or higher degrees, employees with BA degree who were familiar with research method, and some teachers of Khuzestan teacher training centers. After designing the questionnaire and collecting data, SPSS software was used for analysis. Having observed the considerations of factor analysis, two factors were identified with an explanatory variance of 43.017 percent. These factors, which affected the detection of a method for the application of research findings, included research management, covering 30 items, and interaction between decision makers and the researchers, covering 28 items. The findings revealed a reliability of .9531 and .9530 for these factors respectively (Alpha Test). Content validity of the factors were .745 and .758 respectively (P<.ol). The results indicated that modifying the structure, research need analysis, financial support of the application of the research findings, and paving the way for the application of the findings were significant factors relating to management and programming. Relating the second factor, interaction between decision makers and researchers, the quality of educational researches, identifying the addresses, and communication were considerably important.
