The Foundations of theory of Scientific Authority in _Islam and Iran

Destination, aim and direction of science production in monotheistic religions, particularly in the Islamic ideological system is not similar to the approach, view and distinction of western secular systems. In the Islamic ideological system, the science production should be used for all-out promotion of humanity and for His spiritual progress, in such system, science is considered as a divine blessing that human being should appreciate it and should do his best to achieve it. Meanwhile in secular systems, human being is considered as a self-building entity who has been equipped with rationality in the process of best manner of nature system. That is the same self-building philosophy that caused the western secular human being to use science in the service of acquiring material domination and power over nature and the others. Good understanding of this issue and accountability to this basic need would lead to realization of science production movement in Islamic Iran and would open new arena of these science for people of world. It is attempted in this paper, by using the methodology of analysis and interpretation of text (Interpretive method), the Islamic sources and texts be explored through rational methodology. And the factor as well as indices which have been mentioned in the holy religion of Islam and its sacred sources in the fields of power and science, in addition to achieving superior science and knowledge in the I.R. of Iran with stress on the discourse of creating scientific authority in our country by supreme leader of revolution be explained. To such an extent that addressees and interested people by using of this leading source and divine blessing could organize their efforts and exploit of this blessing trend.
