The security of space of information exchange-prerequisite and preserver National Authority

Given the speedy world trend toward information-based world in various fields of human life, we witness the shapping of a space in which different activities are conducted including information, data process- ing, service rendering, management, Control and communication through electronic and virtual mechanism. This space which is called " The space of information exchange", is subjected to various electronic challenges, damages and threats like committing organized crimes, destruction of data banks, disruptive attacks of services, espionage, subversion, violating privacy and violating the rights of spiritual ownership. To such an extent that ignoring or inappropriate approach towards the security of this space, could create great Obstacle in the way of developing the application of information and communication technology as well as entrance to information community and eventually could violate the security and national authority of country. The key and unique role of security the information exchange space for safeguarding and circumscribing the peripheral virtual space of different domains including privacy, accuracy, the level of access and etc, let to basic relation of society security to the security the space of information space, special attention of plans and macro activities at national and international levels of countries. Given the inevitability of the status of security the space of information exchange in developing the country as well as its role as prerequisite and keeper the national authority and negative impacts emanating from lack of attention to it on security and national authority of country, paying attention to this issue is considered as an imperative and a priority for our country. This paper, examines the features and principles of securing the space of information exchange and its role in safeguarding the security and national authority, of our country.
