Analytical & comparative study on the Basics of cognitive & Psychosocial aspects of the blind & deaf

The Analytical & comparative viewpoint toward theoretical Bases and Psychological characteristics of deaf & blind individuals is the most important step in funding comprehensive programs on education, rehabilitation and social advisement and this views at their health conditions with the essence of light & voice phenomena & their effective & different roles in developmental stages, from childhood to elderness, can be the best theme to explain the psychosocial characteristics and dominant personalities of deaf & blind adolescent and youth. In this article, with respect to different aspects of the effects of light and voice on personality development, some special & absolutely different characteristics of deaf & blind adolescents & youth are discussed.
