Recent political events in Iraq, has been the main reason for the study of the country from the beginning of the national government and its effects on the political and social history of this country. The writer of this article has tried to study the role of Shiiteʹs choicest people of Iraq and its religious leaders in the political changes of the country in the revolution of 1920 and the formation of the first national government, from one side, and from the other, he has studied the samples and examples of the deprivation of Shiiteʹs choicest people of Iraq and its religious leaders from taking part in the governmental and political positions, and the dominance and rule of the Sunni minority of the majority on the Shiites.
