Investigation of effective trinal factors role and portion on Iran road accident from 1385 to 1387

In recent decade, road accident in Iran became a important matter that a lot of organizations attempt organizational trinal capital centralized on strategic goals with comprehensive system drawing. Accidents difficulty are investigating in Iran and other countries as a one of biggest public health problems. This article centralized on effective trinal factors on road accidents and evaluated the portion of each factor. These factors divided to three branches: human factor, road factor and vehicle factor. This article, define "portion" and "role" of trinal factors and importance of each of them are presented with three recent years investigating used data are happened accidents from 1385 to 1387 that investigated by traffic police officers. Of road accidents statistic population; 1385 statistic sample was 343082 road accident, 1386 statistic sample was 200624 road accident and 1387 statistic sample was 174844. Research sampling method is purposive sampling. 114 KAM data sources (road accidents data) have been used for information gathering. Gathering type of this. Research is libraric and with attention to nature of the case: this is a application research. Resarch findings show the human factor portion in accidents is 97/5%, when human factor role in accidents happening is 49%. Environmental factor portion is 7085% when that role is 36%. Vehicle factor portion is 31 % and that role in accidents happening is 15%.
