Investigating satisfaction and awareness rate of road users from Rahvar Police performance in 1388 NooRooz plan

The NooRooz plan is conducted with all out arrangements every year. But we have not attained any reliable in formation from the results of Rahvar Police performance in this study we investigate the satisfaction and awareness rate of road users from the performance of Rahvar Police in 1388. In one study "Descriptive field study" in every innercity road about 120 samples and all together 3167 of road user including 1247 in inner city roads and 1914 driver in out city roads wer considered by 30 experts that have been trained. This questionnaire has been assigned by the experienced experts of Rahvar Police and commander of the police and also the validity of this questionnaire was evaluated by the inner stability approach and by the kurun Bakh exam these numbers of inner city samples have been gathered from 10 cities and 18 roads that had the most NooRooz trips. Findings: More than four fifth of the people who were studied concerning the presented services were informed. The radio about 81 percent and TV about 80 percent have ascribed to themselves. More than two third of the people who were studied were completely satistied with the performance of Rahvar Police in 1388 NooRooz plan. Among the people who were studied we observed a meaningful relation of 5% difference. The male showed more satisfaction from the NooRooz plan in compared to the female. The highest level of satisfaction was observed among the Doctorate groups and among the liffirent radio programes, the news network has accribed about 39 percent of the audience and police network had the least audience among them. In inner city roads the general satisfaction of male and female was less. But the satisfaction of the married people was more than the singled persons. General satisfaction in the roads was 0/001. The most satisfaction in the satisfied group in the completely satisfied group was in Rasht- Gazvin roads. The most percent of police road awareness plan has been attained from news network and payam network in different educational levels the invisible control programe had the most percent of information presentation concerning NooRooz and only 6 percent was dissatisfied with the plan. Conclusion: Users of Rahvar Police was completely satisfied and aware with the performance of Rahvar Police. Police has played its role well in enforcing order and liscipline of NooRooz plan and their invisible presence at the roads to enforce calm situation and lift the blockage and reduce the accidents and to consider the problems of the passengers have led to the improvement of peopleʹs driving. Police had a key role so it can play pivotal role among other traffic accidents organizations. Key Words: NooRooz plan, satisfaction, awreness, users, inner city- out city.
