The Content Analysis of Iran Scientific Road map and Providing Evaluation Pattern of IT

This article aims two major questions: first, what is macro conceptual structure of Iran scientific road map? which elements are suggested for evaluating this document? The research method of first section is content analysis and in second one is studing the related documents. The content analysis finding represent emphasis on science push policy (VS. demand pull), also special importance of cultural, religious and ideological values vs. scientific, technological and professional values. The findings of this research suggest that technology and science concepts group (%.38.23), economic concepts (%16.8), and management (%14.7) have highest share in conceptual structure of Iran scientific road map. The other important concepts, according to their ranks and shares are social, cultural, futures studies, political, and legal concepts. Finally, after studing related documents, 18 elements and variables is suggested as a pattern for evaluation of Iran scientific road map.
