The relationship between Organizational Intelligence and Knowledge Management in Physical education offices of East and West Azarbaijan Provinces

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between subsystem Knowledge Management in learning organization and organizational intelligence in physical education offices of east and west Azarbaijan provinces. The present research is of descriptive-correlation one and performed in survival way. The statistical population includes managers and staffs in physical education offices and 172 members of this population selected as sample of this research. The data were collected by Albrecht 01 questionnaire and Marquardt subsystem KM questionnaire. Pearson correlation and step by step multiple regression test were used. The result showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between subsystem KM and 01, and all components of OI. the result of step by step multiple regression analysis show that among OI components shard fate, knowledge deployment and alignment and congruence are able to predict subsystem of knowledge management in learning organization.
