چكيده لاتين :
In this research, the effect of blowing argon gas time and melt temperature during degassing in A356 aluminum alloy investment casting for fabrication of HING were investigated. After mold and wax model preparation, melt degassing by argon gas in 6,8 and 10 minute and 40,80 liter/hour and also 725-750°C in 9 different conditions, inve stment casting were done. Dimensional inspections, X-ray radiography, tensile and hardness tests were done for determination of best state among various conditions. Results show time of argon flow has no effect on hardness whereas increase in blowing time increase strength because of better degassing. Also in experimental temperatures, temperature of melt has no effect on quality of casting sample.
