چكيده لاتين :
The main goal of this research is to consider "Evaluation of Educational Performance of Teachers" in point of view of middle school girl students and its effect on their 85-86 and asked to answer to the educational performance evaluation of teachers and the Cooper-Smith self-esteem test questionnaires. The following results have been obtained:
1. The middle school girl students have not evaluated their teachers yet.
2. The mean difference between second and first self-esteem is significant at level 0.001 (P<0.001 i.e. students evaluation of teachers increase their self-esteem.
3. Correlation coefficients between each subject and second self-esteem is greater than first self-esteem and those are significant at level 0.001 (P<0.001).
4. The present teachers evaluation performance in the subjects occupation and technology, sciences, mathematics and also the total mentioned subjects are significant at level 0.001 (P<0.001) compare with their desired evaluation performance.
