The study of ability and capacity in higher education

In this article a considerable gap in understanding the contexts and components of knowledge creation and ability for using quantitative modeling techniques in this new horizon is discussed. Considering these weakness, this study was performed with the aim of determining the context of knowledge creation process in higher education system for Constructing Appropriate Model. The method of this study is survey. The participants of this study were 362 the members of higher education system faculty in public and private sections - Azad university- that participant in this study by using stratified random sampling. The tool of measurement was questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS software that included the methods of descriptive statistics and factor analysis, multivariable regression and the path analysis. Founds indicate the knowledge creation abilities consist of knowledge base, absorptive capacity learning unlearning, care, collaboration, networking, alliance, combination, architectural innovation and problem solving of higher education, base on these abilities were construct knowledge creation context model in higher education system.
