چكيده لاتين :
One of the prevalent understandings in the international politics arena after the World War II is that, because of increasing rule and influence of United States of America in framing of the structure of internalional society, this country has been the root of all international developments and crises, especially in the Middle East region.
The writer of this article is not in the opinion that the said viewpoint is absolute one, Because in different occasions, the American presidents indirectly have been influenced by the policy of Britannia and acted on the direction of the interests of this country.
In this paper it had been tried that besides presenting a viewpoint about the influence of a number of the prime ministers of Britannia on the foreign policy of the American presidents in the last half century, illustrated the influence of Tony Blear, the former prime minister of Britannia, on the foreign policy of George Bush, the president of America, over the war in Iraq.
Assessing this issue will be effective to our better understanding of world developments process.
