One of the fundamental findings of stock exchanges is to create assurance in stock exchange with stable environment. In stock exchanges of advanced countries, some markets have the responsibility of providing assurance and in this way reducing the risk that arises from stock price fluctuations. These markets are called "Option Market". The current study, besides investigating the insurance and option appointment, scrutinizes the possibility of reducing the risk of buying stock in stock exchange with insurance contract. For this reason, after introducing the study general framework, theoretical aspects of the issue will be discussed using internal and external sources. Then, the data are gathered using questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among investors who invested in stock exchanges and then are analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that most of investors tend to insure their investment safety and they believe that insurgency could increase investing in stock exchange. Then, based on the results, implications are presented.
