Imperialism and the Indepundence of Islamic Countires

One of the politico-historical phenomena of the last centuries, which was more or less a re-establishment of an ancient servitude stystem with an image apparenthy justified and acceptable, is imperialism. The direct or indirect presence of a number of colonail powers, mainly Eurponean, in many countries including Islamic countries is a noteworthy phenomenon, which should be taken into account when we want to study the current situation of these countries and their international status. The present article expounds the effects of the aforementioned important events on the subsequent changes. This phenomenon, i.e. imperialism is still prevalent, and the so-called independence of colonial territories is something formal. This article reviews, in a descriptive method, the short history, the way of advent of imperialists, the domestic circumstances that paved the way for imperialistʹs coming, and the effects of the presence of imperial powers in the various aspects.
