چكيده لاتين :
The article by focusing on effectual elements in developing the organizational citizenship a pre-planed pattern in educating & training system of universities. The results of researches show that the elements of structure, leadership, personality, cultural..... Are the effective factors on organizational citizenship behaviour. According to the article, the more organized structure is equal to more and organized citizenship behaviour as the style of leadership develops effective, the organizational citizenship behaviour improves the new findings prove that the right side characteristics of personality factors (big five) here the most influence on organizational citizenship behaviour, on the other hand, the right side of the 6 organizational culture group of "Hufsted" have an important role on organizational citizenship behaviour. The paper also tries to pay attention to value elements & demonstrates that the social invest & organizational justice are two important & key factors in organizational citizenship behaviour. Based on such factors we have to concentrate on educating & training of human sources.
