Relation Between Knowledge Management & Social Invest At Islamic University

The main idea of the article is to review the role & relation between social invest & knowledge management in islamic university. The research is descriptive-terminator & study. The standard questionnaire ofʹ"sallis" knowledge management (2002) & "nahapit & gooshal" social invest (1998) are used to gather the data. The members of yazd university scientific board are statistics universe. The statistic and deductive check up are used for analizing the data. The reswts of statistics check up reveal a meaning full & positive link between knowledge management & social invest (1%) & prove the effective impression of social invest on knowledge management development in islamic university. The findings through regression analysis also show that the factors of social invests have a meaningful and positive link with the 10 dimensions of knowledge management. In other words, the knowledge management in islamic university is developed through the improvement of social invest factors. In the end, the author offers suggestions for improvement of knowledge management.
