De-Constructing the Reuter Concession from another Perspective

Today, judgment regarding colonial treaties such as the Reuter treaty, the 1919 treaty, and the DʹArcy agreement has become quite easy and clear to us. Even though, a hundred years after the treatiesʹ ratifications, the wandering chaotic minds of Iranian intellectuals struggle to tie two analytical macro and micro levels in order to find new ways to understand the Reuter Concession - in hopes that the simpleton haste of Mirza Hossein Khan, and the danger of plundering the whole existence of the Iranian nation by the hands of a Jew, would be forgotten, and the countryʹs decline and lack of progress would be blamed on the nationalistic resistance movements! Thus there arises a need for the author to offer a theory de-constructing the secret ambitions of Mirza Hossein Khan. In this paper the natural causes of the failure of the Reuter concession will be very scientifically analyzed.
