Providing social security needs for having desired human resources and the role of women police in this process is very important. This study has survey method. Statistical group are all Tehran women citizens (between 15­36 years old) that randomly 813 persons (from 5 districts of Tehran and 162 persons from every district) were selected and then analyzed. The important findings are: attendance of women police in the society provides psychology and physical security of Tehran women citizens and totally social security because of attendance of women police would satisfy Tehran women citizens from services of women police so police social status is good from citizensʹ view but attendance of women police donʹt provide physical security of Tehran women citizens
