چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this research is Study on the effective organizational factors on personnelʹs productivity in lorestan province. This study has survey method. Statistical group are 320 personnel of lorestan province and for collecting the data were used questionnaire.
The important findings are: changes of human resources productivity are due to changes in organizational culture. The maximum rate of effective Coherence in human resources productivity is organizational culture (R = 0/92) and minimum Coherence is for Leadership style (R= 0/70) the results show that: organizational factors, organizational culture, personnel education, Worker Participation, personnel selection and Leadership style have direct effect in rate of personnelʹs productivity in lorestan province. So it is recommended that: the managers observe the importance organizational Productivity factors in the organization policy.
