The relationship between enablers and results in the business excellence of Tehran football clubs in the Premier League of Iran (based on EFQM model)

The aim of this study is the investigation of the relationship between enablers and results in the model of business excellence which were applied in Tehran football clubs in the Premier League of Iran (based on EFQM model). The participants of this study were 6 managers and 96 employees who have been evaluated their clubs in the year 2006 -2007. Data were collected via a who containing so questionnaire with 50 questions of business excellence collected by (based on EFQM model). It consists of two parts namly enablers and results. The reliability of the business excellence questionnaire in this study was 0/967. Findings showed that the clubs were ranked on the basis of business excellence as follows: 1) Saypa club was scored 567/45 2) Saba Battery club was scored 533/46 3) Peykan club was scored 487/34 4) Rah Ahan club was scored 407/98 5) Piruzi club was scored 372/33 6) Esteghlal club was scored 324 Discussion In the case of the relationship between results and enablers, findings revealed that there is significant relationship between results and enablers (r =0/870 , p = 0/01).
