چكيده لاتين :
Among Indo-European people, horse has had a very important status, so that many aspects of their life depend on this animal. For this reason, many Myths and legends came to existence about horse. Genealogy of horse is attributed to sun, wind and water. He was sacrificed for gods as the most valuable offering. Many features were ascribed to horse, such as Power of seeing, healing and blessing. Gods, too, appear proudly as horsemen or even have become visible in the shape of horses. Some Myths and legends have been developed about the black horses. Some people know him as inauspicious, while there are much signs about his auspicious. In Iranian epic some steeds had black color, such as Behzad and Shabrang.
