Survey and Study of Productivity Improvement Strategies in Public Organizations and Development of an Appropriate Model

Nowadays productivity improvement in public organizations is one of the challenges that public administrators have to deal with. Based on this, they shoidd recognize the potential productivity barriers, assess their magnitudes and advise taking appropriate approaches for achieving the desired results in order to remove the core barriers of public productivity and the issues of its improvement. To make public productivity improvement possible, these actions are to be taken.In this article some of the productivity concepts in public sector and productivity nature and dimensions are explained to survey and develop a taxonomy of that.
