The Aggregated Model of Quantitative and Qualitative Indexes for Evaluation of National Investment Projects

The case that we analyze in this paper is to evaluate the projects in the qualitative and quantitative indexes. However the quantitative indexes in projects are economic factors and the qualitative indexes introduce the national profits resulting from the performance of each project. So The Compilation model is offered from using Fuzzy QFD for the conversion of qualitative index to quantitative for spotting both indexes. The weights of Indexes are extracted from Weighted Least Square Method. Finally the projects are evaluated by applying the ELECTRE method. The presented model is described by numeral example the information of which has been extracted from several projects in Iranʹs petrochemical industry.
