Nowadays, human resources are viewed as the crucial asset of organizations. When the organizations are service-oriented or based on expertise, in particular, human resources will be of greater significance. Therefore, leadership of such a precious asset is an important concern for managers. Healthy organizations enjoy responsible and effective personnel with a high spirit and efficiency. This paper seeks to offer an accurate definition of organizational health indicators based on relevant theories of experts in the area. It also identifies the relation of those indicators with human resources. As a result, with the existing definitions of emotional first aid in view, the paper will explore ways of overcoming internal and emotional problems personnel encounter in a move to improve individualsʹ efficiency and their organizational health. This paper also offers definitions and analyses of organizational health indicators and discusses their significance with regard to human resources. An examination of those relations and emotional first aid solutions as a strategy to improve personnel efficiency is put forward and then a model is proposed. Meanwhile, the paper reviews the literature and other aspects of organizational health based on operational models as it proposes methods for execution, planning and evaluation of organizational health.
