FA nanopowder was prepared by a sol-gel rout using phosphor pentoxide (P2Os)/ calcium nitrate tetra hydrate (Ca(N03)2 4H20) and HPF6 as phosphor, calcium and flour precursors, respectively. The effect of aging time temperature on crystallization and chemical compound of obtained gel was studied. Obtained Gels were aged for 0, 12, 24, 72 hr, 7 and 14 day. After that, the obtained dried gel was calcinated at 600°C for 1 hr. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy and FTIR spectroscopy were used for characterization and evaluation of the phase composition and morphology of products. Results illustrated that 20-30 nm FA particles were synthesized after aging for 24 hr and calcination at 600°C for 1 hr.
