The effective Factors in Increasing the Tendency towards the Participation of Private Sections in Social & Economic Action Atmosphere for Investing in Vocational Training

The major goal of the research is to determine and analyze the related factors in the participation of private sections to meet the needs of skilled and educational training in order to develop vocational training. The researchers intend to survey the question in the form of a specially analytical model stating as: What are the effective factors in increasing the tendency towards the participation of private sections in vocational training? From the authorsʹ point of view, increasing in tendency towards the participation of the private section as a social actioner can be fulfilled through different factors such as: presenting an exact list of required jobs in the development plan of the province, tax exemptions, removing unnecessary bureaucracy, granting long-term loans, rendering infrastructure services with lower price, poying a part of annual expenses on vocational training per capita, job creating motivations and religious motivations. Therefore, the major issues of the article would be formed in a way that increasing tendency towards the private section as a asocial actioner in vocational training would lead to the development of such training through affecting the mentioned factors. Finally, the basic model is acceptable and meaningful at 99% level of significance based on tests taken with regard to the research hypotheses.
