Forecasting Creativity among Students of Islamic Azad University (Rasht Branch) with regard to Intrinsic otivation, Extrinsic Motivation and gender Variables

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation with creativity among students of Islamic Azad University (Rasht Branch). The effects of gender differences in the degree of creativity have been studied too. Samples of study Included 280 students (139 girls and 141 boys) who were selected with the use of stratified sampling method. The results were gathered through the Abedi creativity and Job preference questionnaires (special copy of student) and then analyzed through statistical Method of multivariable Regression Analysis. The results showed that neither Extrinsic Motivation nor Sexuality has any meaningful relation with the creativity of students, but Intrinsic Motivation has a positive and meaningful relation with the rate of creativity in students.
