Life Satisfaction is a package of gladness feelings and a peopleʹs general contentment of actual activity conditions and environment, responsibility type, human relations, social relations and level of social and life facilities. Nature of human activity environment leaves impression on Human feelings in activity.
The aim of this research is to evaluate and compare effective factors on peopleʹs life satisfaction. For this reason a questionnaire was prepared to measure criteria such as activity rules, social management, working life quality, financial situation, effort level, activity reward, job nature, sense of responsibility, facilities and life progress in a sample of population including staff of some industrial and administrative organizations in the first half of 1387 in Tabriz. Since the questionnaire was not standard, its reliability was not confirmed by SPSS soft ware, so their responses were categorized by factor analytic method. Thus, factors such as simple subsistence, life management, social commitment, participation acceptance, social communication, social and life facilities, respecting other people were defined as independent variables and classified in accordance with Bart let Test and then factors separation and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by SPSS Soft ware.
In addition, by regression method, only five factors such as life management, simple subsistence, social communication, respecting other people and life facilities remained at equation and others were eliminated. Thus the relationship between life satisfaction and independent variables was confirmed as the main hypothesis.
