Time Management among IAU Managers

The aim of the present study is to investigate the amount of time management among Islamic Azad University (IAU) managers. The population is comprised of all IAU managers among which 554 were selected using stratified random sampling. The research instrument is a researcher- made time management questionnaire. The result of LSD test indicated that there was a significant difference between levels of time management among managers of all 12 districts of IAU (F= 2.930, P<0.05). Furthermore, the this level was higher in district 2 than in average index of those in districts 7 and 11, District 3 higher than 11, district 6 was lower than 8, and district 7 lower than 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, district 8 was higher than 6, 7, 9, 11, district 9 lower than 3, 8, 12, district 10 higher than 11, district 11 higher than 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 12, and finally level of time managerment of the managers in district 12 was higher than managers in districts 7, 9,11.
