An Analysis of the Level of Implementation of Total quality Management in Islamic Azad University Roudehen Branch

The main objective behind the present study is to identify the level of total quality management in Islamic Azad University Roudehen Branch. The population in this survey consists of all the universityʹs deputies, administrative managers, and heads of administrative departments. 78 were randomly selected. Administering a 32 item researcher-made questionnaire, data were collected. The results of the applying t-test indicated that components of management and leadership, staff, strategic planning, telecommunication, organizational affairs, and socio-cultural component were found to be the obstacles for the implementations of TQM in IAU, Roudehen Branch. In other words, referring to the t-test index and the 99% level of significance, it can be concluded that there is a meaningful difference between theoretical and experimental means regarding the obstacles for the implementations of TQM.
