چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of the present research is to study the relationship between bureaucratic values and teachersʹ feeling about schools environment in Shiraz high schools. This study deals with the relationship between bureaucratic bond and teachersʹ feeling, the most effective aspect in giving rise to this feeling, and also the interactive effect of different aspects of this bond on teachersʹ feeling. The research instruments were School Values Questionnaire (Type 1) and Pangʹ (1996) Teachersʹ Feeling Questionnaire. They were administered to 418 high school teachers in Shiraz who were selected using simple random sapling. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, Multi-variate Regression, and Variance Analysis were applied to analyze the collected data. The results of the study indicated that: 1. The negative relationship between aspects of bureaucratic bond and teachersʹ feeling. 2. The most effective aspect of bureaucratic bond with teachersʹ feeling is bureaucratic rationality. 3. There is no significant relationship between the interactive effects of the aspects of bureaucratic bond on teachersʹ feeling.
