The investigation ofelectronic governmental creation obstacles in Iran with centralization on difficulties pertaining to monetary andfinancial exchanges via bank network in country

In this article, we tried to specify the factors that prevent the performing of monetary and financial exchanges between banks and governmental agencies. In this field , three dimension that called: using services , getting services , and harmony between governmental agencies and bank network , by human factors , organizational factors and technical factors as substructure factors in electronic financial and monetary exchanges by menstruation method were evaluated . The results show that across the threefold dimensions of research theoretical model. the third dimension i.e dimension of technical and executive harmonies that is necessary for using and getting services between countryʹs governmental agency and bank network, with the average of 42.2 is the most important obstacle for our purposes. Versus, the getting services dimension of bank network with the average of 76.6 has an acceptive preparedness for our targets. Also , the preparedness situation of modelʹs second dimension , namely, using services dimension of governmental agencies with the average of 61.2 is goodish.
