Studying the Role of Women in Iranʹs Cultural, Social & Economical Planning, Its Challenges & Strategies

This research aims to study the role of women in humane development indices during this past decade, Iranʹs development through their attendance in cultural, social & economical activities and the challenges & strategies they have faced. The data have been gathered through library studies. In this research, womenʹs level of participation in social, economical, political & cultural activities have been reported, some regulations of the constitutional law according to the position of women have been stated, the challenges of womenʹs contribution in development & its existing obstacles have been studied and the results & recommendations have been given after data analysis.
