Studying the Role & Position of Function As saying in Succeeding in the Cultural Activities of Cultural Consultations of Foreign Countries

To study the role and position of function assaying in succeeding in the cultural activities of cultural consultations of foreign countries, the researcher has initially defined the meaning of "function assaying" and then he has presented a theoretical approach to analyze it by pointing the significance of cultural activities. He has then introduced cultural indices to help describe the research, its goals and its hypotheses and finally manifests the results by the gathered through the questionnaires. The result of this research shows that function assaying is indeed effective in succeeding in the cultural activities of cultural consultations. Thus, planning should be done to distribute cultural activities quantitatively and qualitatively through the right, proper, essential and inevitable indices since the indices are the factors which allow assessment and comparing of the current status and the desired status.
