چكيده لاتين :
This article was designed in order to analyze and compare proper factors for appointment and promotion and of managers in the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality. The research conducted a survey using a questionnaire with fifty one parameters involved in employment and promotion of the cultural managers. Categorized in three subsets of interests, believes and behavior. The result indicated strong relationship between employment and promotion of cultural managers and their personal interests, believes and behavior. The findings can be used for cultural organizations to support their decisions in employing and treating their managers.
