The Relationship between the Quality of Work Life and the Organizational Commitment in Employees of Esfahan Physical Education Organization

The aim of the present study was to explore the relationship between the quality of work life and the organizational commitment in employees of Esfahan Physical Education Organization. The method of this research was descriptive and statistical sample included 152 employees of Physical Education Organization. Meyerʹs organizational commitment questionnaire was used to gather the data. Descriptive and deductive statistics were used to analyze the data. Results showed a positive relationship between organizational commitment and quality of work life (P<0.05). Regression analysis showed that affective and normative commitments affected the quality of work life in employees of Esfahan Physical Education Organization.
